Bangladesh HR Defender is an independent public-interest platform founded and led by Minhaz Samad Chowdhury, an Independent Human Rights Defender and Governance & Policy Analyst from Bangladesh.

The platform is dedicated to advancing human dignity, democratic accountability, rule of law, ethical governance, institutional transparency, minority rights, civic participation, and evidence-based public discourse in Bangladesh and beyond.
