Defend the Planet--- Congress: The Climate Crisis is Code Red

 

I am deeply concerned about the effects climate change is already having on communities across the US, and the impacts it will have on generations to come if we don’t take the necessary action now.

The Build Back Better Act would help the US secure a clean energy future and tackle climate change, while creating good-paying American jobs and investing in communities that need it the most.

Without this legislation, President Biden won’t have the strength he needs at the global climate negotiations in Glasgow in November to make sure other major emitting countries like China, India, and Brazil, step up for the planet.

We can have a clean, safe, energy future for less than the cost of the disasters.
